  • Circumstances beyond our control

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Additional delivery fees may apply where parcels need to be resent due to incorrect information or failure to collect.

8. PUDO LOCKER DELIVERIES

Customers selecting PUDO delivery are responsible for:

  • Monitoring collection notifications
  • Collecting parcels within the specified collection period
  • Providing accurate mobile contact information

Uncollected parcels returned to EClassini may incur additional shipping charges before redelivery.

9. LOST OR STOLEN PARCELS

Once a parcel has been marked as delivered by the courier to the provided address or designated collection point, responsibility transfers to the customer.

EClassini is not responsible for:

  • Lost parcels after confirmed delivery
  • Stolen parcels after confirmed delivery
  • Unattended deliveries

Customers should immediately report delivery disputes to us.

10. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns and Refund Policy.
